As a seasoned leader with over three decades of multinational experience as an executive and board member, Thomson brings a wealth of expertise spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. His appointment underscores Vita Inclinata's commitment to expanding its global footprint and driving innovation on an international scale.

Thomson’s extensive background includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, operations, strategy, and talent management. His proven track record demonstrates his ability to drive significant organizational effectiveness, growth, profitability and value creation.

Thomson’s leadership experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Transportation Solutions group - a $9 billion segment of TE Connectivity (TEL). He was also the CFO and Secretary of Measurement Specialties, Inc., a global sensors solutions company traded on the NASDAQ (MEAS), and served as the CFO of Allied Aerospace Industries, Inc. a Kohlberg & Company PE-sponsored provider of complex engineering solutions for aerospace & defense contractors and government agencies.  

His expertise encompasses leading acquisition strategies, due diligence, business valuation, and integration of large-scale acquisitions, showcasing his proficiency in managing intricate financial and operational issues. His comprehensive experience spans finance, accounting, taxation, capital markets, legal and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations, contributing significantly to business success in high-growth industries.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Thomson is a recognized mentor, teacher, team builder, and motivator. As an experienced executive coach and consultant, he is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals realize their potential and value.
