Thomson’s extensive background includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, operations, strategy, and talent management. His proven track record demonstrates his ability to drive significant organizational effectiveness, growth, profitability and value creation.

He was also the CFO and Secretary of Measurement Specialties, Inc., a global sensors solutions company traded on the NASDAQ (MEAS), and served as the CFO of Allied Aerospace Industries, Inc. a Kohlberg & Company PE-sponsored provider of complex engineering solutions for aerospace & defense contractors and government agencies.
His expertise encompasses leading acquisition strategies, due diligence, business valuation, and integration of large-scale acquisitions, showcasing his proficiency in managing intricate financial and operational issues. His comprehensive experience spans finance, accounting, taxation, capital markets, legal and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations, contributing significantly to business success in high-growth industries.
