Vita Inclinata Appoints M&A Powerhouse and Litigator Kim Gold as Chief Legal Officer

She leverages over 20 years of legal strategy, risk management, and compliance expertise. Kim joins Vita Inclinata from HITRUST, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer, overseeing legal and compliance frameworks and serving as General Counsel and as board member of its parent organization. Previously, at AT&T, she held senior legal roles, including managing a substantial M&A pipeline and leading strategic operations for DIRECTV Latin America, supporting the company’s global expansion.

As Chief Legal Officer, Kim will oversee all aspects of legal, compliance, and risk management, aligning company strategies with its mission while protecting intellectual property and operational integrity. She will also facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships and manage potential litigation in a competitive and fast-evolving industry.
