Gold joins Vita Inclinata from HITRUST, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer. In this role, she oversaw the legal and compliance frameworks of the company and served as General Counsel and a board member of its parent organization. Prior to HITRUST, Kim spent over a decade at AT&T, holding various senior legal executive roles, including leading legal operations for DIRECTV Latin America and managing a substantial M&A pipeline.

Kim earned her Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from Brandeis University. Her specialties include risk management, information security, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and M&A integration.
