We know the importance of taking time for yourself. We usually close our offices for two weeks in December and offer unlimited PTO (for full-time exempt employees). So if you want to take a long weekend, observe a religious holiday, or balance school with work, Vita is there to support you.
Vita values their employees and their health, so we offer 100% employer-paid health insurance through UnitedHealthcare. This includes the Health & Wellness Motion, HealthiestYou, and Best Doctors programs. All full-time employees are eligible the first of the month following their hire date.
401K RETIREMENT PLAN
Vita wants you to invest in your future. We match 100% of the first 6% you contribute to the 401K. All employees are eligible at age 21 and after 6 months of continuous employment.
